• What type of event is it?

• How many people will be attending your event?

• What date and time frame is the event? (max 3 hours)

• Will this all be on one tab?

• Will you be ordering food or bringing food in? (this applies only to Sunday/Monday private events)

• If ordering food, will you be able to provide an order at least a week in advance from a select menu?

  *This space is off to the side of the taproom, separated by a half wall (see images below). It seats 32 people and meant for groups 18-20+. This form is to rent this space as we do not take reservations. Thank you.

  **If renting on Sunday or Monday this would be a private event, meaning the entire taproom is available to your party.
